Dragon team rider, Jacob Wilcox yesterday took out the title of Western Australia Junior Surfing Champion after winning the third and final event of the 2011 Chill Junior Surfing Titles. The blue ribbon U18 Junior Men's is the most hotly contested division of the Chill Surfing Titles, and also Jacob's second for 2011, having also secured the U16 Junior Men's Title at the second event in Yallingup!
